At PayHOA, I led product design from the ground upaligning with stakeholders, mapping pain points, and designing the initial experience from concept to launch. I created wireframes, built a scalable design system, and ran usability testing to ensure clarity and ease of use for non-technical users.

After launching the first version, I transitioned into the role of Art Director, guiding the products direction and mentoring incoming designer Dima Martynchuk as he took over ongoing UX work and iteration.
