TEAM
Product Owner, Front-end Engineer,
Software Engineer
Homeowners association management has long relied on manual, time-consuming processes and scattered communication tools. These inefficiencies make it difficult to track dues, manage invoices, and maintain accurate financial records—leading to delays, errors, and frustrated communities.
With over 502,000 units managed and 92% positive customer reviews, PayHOA has become the #1 choice for homeowner associations—proving that a well-designed, user-focused platform can transform a traditionally manual industry.
At PayHOA, I led product design from the ground up—aligning with stakeholders, mapping pain points, and designing the initial experience from concept to launch. I created wireframes, built a scalable design system, and ran usability testing to ensure clarity and ease of use for non-technical users.
After launching the first version, I transitioned into the role of Art Director, guiding the product’s direction and mentoring incoming designer Dima Martynchuk as he took over ongoing UX work and iteration.
